Realization -by Leah:
OK. Guys. This is something I realized, only about 2 days ago. Plaguing my mind was the question "what if this isn't real?" I mean, how many of us think that? It’s our human, our rational side talking. And it’s horrible. It makes doubt. But, I wrote it down on paper, and tried to answer it. And I did, but I wasn’t satisfied. I was… empty. I then tried something drastic, something I must have not been trying to face. That last bit of humanity left fighting against me. Against the wolf. I think I just passed through that last barrier, the one which is constantly fighting against your wolf side, the one telling you it’s all a lie. First it was my family, I felt as though I was betraying them in a way, by being me, by having a pack, by being wild, by being a wolf…by being Leah, the true me. I got over that with the help of one member I have added onto Facebook. Then it was this. I guess I have always known it was real, that we were trying P-shifting. Physical shifting. Yeah. We were werewolves. Yes, I use the word “were” why? Because I don’t think many have realized this factor. This scary factor. We all think this is real, but we don’t acknowledge it. Ok, I must admit this is extremely difficult to explain, and I will try my best:
Have you ever gone home to your mum and had a conversation, and sort of know your mum’s there? And then you go off to your dad and ask “dad, is mum back from work yet?” and he’ll say something like “yeah, you just talked to her, remember??”
It’s a bit like that. You realize, but you don’t. If I can’t explain it well enough, think homework.
“mum, I need to do my homework tonight”-me
“Leah, do you want to watch a movie with us?” –dad
“I can’t I have homework” –me
“Leah where’s your homework?” –teacher
“What?? Homework?? I must have forgotten”-me
If that doesn’t help, please ask another member because I don’t really fully understand the concept myself all to well.
Anyway, I asked myself the question I was somehow afraid of, that didn’t even exist, was hidden behind white-out on a white page. I asked “what if this is all real?”
Yeah. Think about that. What if this IS all real? So many things come to mind, Excitement, fear, and a click, like a piece of a puzzle coming into place. This is me. And I accept that. I am a werewolf, something from legends, something wild. I am Leah, I am me, I am wild. I am a wolf. I am me. I know I have been repeating those, but I am… scared, afraid. I don’t know why. I am excited, because I finally realized that, and I KNOW it’s true. I never thought Blaze or anyone was lying, but I always had those doubts behind white-out. So here's a saying I wrote in answer to the question:
“Blaze wasn’t lying, this is real, this is all real… it was just my mind lying”
I always knew that we see the world through the minds eye, and that what everyone see’s is different because of that, but this is awesome. Literally. I am awed.
I know it’s obvious, but actually think about it. REALIZE.
Here it is, the method that I use, and I will go in to as much detail as I can, so that you might get the most reference out of it and have less questions so that you can just straight off shift.
First off, you need to understand that there is a very complex science behind this. No matter what you do, you cannot escape physics. But even with the "limits" of physics, even some amazing unbelievable things can happen. I will answer a few questions that I am commonly asked.
Q: Do you get bigger or smaller when you shift?
A: No, it is not physically possible to change in size in the quick shifts I am going into, and wolves have the same ranges of body mass, so it is unnecessary. The law of conservation of mass states: Matter cannot be created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction. This means that you cannot change in size unless you find a way to draw on a source of matter, and as far as I know, there is no way.
Q: What happens to your clothes when you shift?
A: Well, most prefer to remove their clothes prior to shifting. If you do not, you will simply have to find a way to remove your clothes when you are in wolf form.
Q: When you shift, do you become a full wolf, or a hybrid?
A: As far as I have seen, everybody becomes a full wolf, but in a partial shift, which is a rare incident, or can be performed voluntarily by terminating a shift while in the transition (which is quite a bit harder than it sounds) will result in a partial shift, which will leave you in whatever hybrid stage you were in at the instant of termination. You can also shift individual body parts by only focusing on them.
Q: Is there a limit of time that you can remain in wolf form?
A: Technically, yes. Each person's limit varies on how much practice they have had. The reason for this limit is because the longer you remain a wolf, the deeper established your wolf form becomes, which means that it gets harder to change back the longer you remain in wolf form. The consequence of exceeding the time that you can power is simple: you lose the ability to change back. You basically get "stuck" as a wolf for the rest of your life, or until you can overwhelmingly pull through (rare). This point at which you should not pass is called the point of no return. Usually for a beginner it is about an hour, however for very experienced shifters, it can extend into a week. Never pass the PNR. That is an important warning.
Q: When I shift, will I still have my human mind?
A: Yes and no. Yes you will remember everything, and be in control. No, your mind will be quite changed. You will have the deep end of instincts and heightened senses as well as reaction. There is a certain situation that can cause you to temporarily lose your entire human function. That is called "possession". It is when your mind rejects it's human side entirely. There are 3 degrees of possession. 1st degree: Short loss of humanity (up to 1 minute), 2nd degree: Temporary long loss of humanity (1 minute or longer), and 3rd degree: permanent loss of humanity (permanent). Possession must be predicted before it occurs, because if you reach 3rd degree possession, you will have absolutely no human left in you. To predict this incident before it happens, there are symptoms you should be aware of: inability to control M-shifting, short attention span, overwhelming wolf instincts, occasional feeling or desire (like an addiction) to shift into a wolf, involuntary P-shifting, extreme loss of energy during p-shifting. If you have any one of these symptoms, be cautious that you do not lose focus while shifting, if you have more than 2 of these symptoms, you will very likely become possessed if you lose focus during a shift. This high risk can be reduced by practicing focus. It will always be a danger though.
Q: Can you become an animal other than a wolf?
A: Some of them, yes. Others require long term shifting (I don't describe it because it is unnecessary to become a wolf, and it requires total loss of ability to change back.) The ones that do not require long term shifts are the ones with same mass range as us (they can weigh the same as you)
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE ONE THAT I GET ASKED MORE THAN ANY OTHER QUESTION: HOW TO SHIFT
I will describe the method for all forms of shifting. By popular request I will include not only rapid shift, but my general concept of long term shifting. If you know an animal form eligible for the rapid shift, then substitute the word "wolf" with "_whatever your animal is_"
There are 2 classes of shift, M and P. As you might already know, M-shift is Mental shift, and P-shift is Physical shift. The M-shift is where you induce instinct, thought pattern, and the base around which the P-shift is built. The P-shift is the actual change of the form of the body. There are 3 different subclasses of P-shift. They are Practice, On-Spot, and Long-Term. Before any of these, you must achieve an M-shift, and then, the first subclasses available are practice and long term. After practice, comes On-Spot, which is the true mastery of the P-shift. Long term is not a mastery, but a commitment. If you long term shift, you will never again be human, and once you have unlocked it, there is not turning back. Now that I have covered the basics, we are ready to proceed to the instructions, starting with the M-shift.
Warning! Shifting is a life change, it is not something to mess around with. Certain parts and consequences are irreversible. Do not attempt unless you are absolutely sure of what you are about to do. I reserve no responsibility for any action that you might take. Be aware of my warning. This REALLY WORKS when performed as instructed!
To M-Shift, there is a thing I like to call the 3IA of M-Shifting. Inspiration, Investigation, Imagination, Application. Those are all the steps to a successful M-Shift. Inspiration: You need to inspire yourself. Keep some pictures or other representation of a wolf nearby or with you at all times, and try to keep yourself thinking of wolves nonstop. At around the same time, you need to Investigate. Investigation: You need to find as much information about wolves as you can, and quiz yourself. Make yourself as much of a wolf expert as you can. After you are an "expert" you need to use all that knowledge you gathered and imagine it. Imagination: You need to draw on the behavior, minds, and instincts of wolves, and simply imagine yourself (to the point that you believe it) as a wolf, but not physically, mentally. Continue doing this until you are not only a wolf enthusiast and expert, but also a wolf at mind, so much that you feel that you are one at points, this means that the wolf side has taken over your mind. This is not a switch on and off thing. The M-shift is permanent, but it can be controlled so that you can fit in in human society. Once you M-shift, your mind is set on a permanent course becoming a wolf mind. It is irreversible, and can be set off involuntarily. This will definitely change you forever.
The next stage I will talk about is the Practice P-Shift stage. The alternate stage that opts-in here is the Long-Term Shift, which is 2 paragraphs down. The starting point of the practice P-shift is completion of the M-shift. Once that is complete, you must once again draw on the expert knowledge that you obtained in the Investigation part of the M-shift. You need to be able to picture the physical aspects of a wolf, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET, and bring it to mind again. You must then use the skill gained in the Imagination part of the M-shift. You need to first fire up that wolf mind and relieve all restraints and "release your inner wolf" in a sanctuary (somewhere that you can be alone, relaxed, and free of all distractions.) Then you need to get relaxed as deeply as possible, and gather as much focus as you can on what it would look like and feel like to be a wolf for a second, now, fire up that wolf mind all the way until you feel you are a wolf again. Now, imagine your human body as "what I would look like IF I was a human" and work from that, and how it would feel as a human, and what it would look like, then work on to what it would feel and look like to shift into a wolf. Imagine it as VIVIDLY as possible using all senses. Keep practicing, it might not work the first time, I also recommend focusing on one body part at a time as you practice it, because you will get individual parts easier. Eyes, teeth, ears, paws, those are the easiest few. The tail comes in just after these. Work towards your end goal with PATIENCE. If you are impatient, you will not get any results. Usually a full shift takes 2 weeks to 4 months to achieve. It depends on the concentration of wolf blood in you, the more you practice, the more concentrated it becomes. You definitely don't want 100% though (that only happens after PNR, and 3rd degree possession). Once you achieve a shift, I call the point at which you shift, the barrier. The barrier is also called the "sneeze" by some, because the nature of the barrier is exactly like a sneeze. It begins with a strange sensation that rushes across you, and becomes a burst that you cannot control. When you reach it, you will feel a sensation like a cozy warm feeling, then a feeling of energy surging through you (not painful), that soon becomes a feeling of clenching and flexing all over your body, and a strange feeling that everything your body is made of is changing. During this, your body involuntarily moved as if you are being controlled, and it leaves you helpless to control your own body, this barrier lasts anywhere between 5 and 50 seconds. It is important that once you reach the barrier, you do not panic, or you will terminate the shift, and nothing will happen. You need to just be relaxed as a rock and let the shift take it's course. Once you do, you will become a wolf. So at this point it is important to know how to shift back. In the first few shifts, falling asleep is usually enough to end it, but if you aren't tired, remember that staying a wolf on the first few shifts for longer than an hour can result in PNR passing, and being "stuck" forever. So the other method is to P-shift back, imagine yourself returning, you might need to use more strength and focus the longer you stay. Be aware of that. It is a more simple reverse method of P-shifting to turn yourself back.
After the Practice shift, you are ready to work on the On-Spot P-Shift. Take note that this one is the one with the highest danger factor for those with possession. In this one, you just need to practice fully flaring your m-shift, and focusing hard enough to induce a full shift while you are not in controlled circumstances. Best methods of training involve doing this while standing up. Practice avoiding distractions, flaring your focus, flaring your M-shift, and quickly P-shifting. It is important to emphasize focus, and dropping your humanity to the point you know you are a wolf on a moments notice. String everything together and practice to P-shift on a moments notice in a distracting and stressful environment. That is the On-Spot shift.
***This is long term shifting, it is the shift that you can never return to human form, which you can use to become almost any animal, it is not recommended. DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO GIVE UP YOUR ENTIRE HUMAN LIFE FOREVER. Now that you have been warned, this is just a concept, I cannot guarantee it works, because anybody who used it is no longer a human. The data I compiled is well passed in archives. It is not a common one, but under study, I find that it could work if performed properly. The Long-Term shift is long term in 2 ways. It lasts until you die, and it takes a relatively long time to be complete. First, you need to have some form of that animal's genes in you somewhere, and they must be in an active cell. You just repeat the actions in the M-shift, and Practice P-shift, but in the practice P-shift, you must focus day after day, and expect very tiny results. Eventually it will set you on a frictionless course to permanently becoming that animal. This one can work for animals of different masses, because the time frame allows you to gain or lose significant amounts of mass. This one is absolutely irreversible and inevitably results in possession.
Leah's Method (P+M):
Before you read this, please note that I will not be responsible for any problems occurring in the shift, or if anything happens to you. This is how I shift and its to help Wolfs who cant or to improve it.
Lay down (I don’t know how to spell lie) in a spot where you feel like you can be yourself, relaxed, and away from distractions. After you do that, I use what Blaze does; Think of your human body and note it, the way the bones are, how the muscles feel, the fur-less skin, and think: this is what I would look like if I was human, and then think of your wolf… The eye color, the fur, bones, muscles….etc. Think of the way your mind works, and feel your snout. Smell better, see better (I have my eyes closed) and feel better. Tell your self “this is me, and I’m glad I am” when you look over your wolf. Feel the paws and joints, the claws, and the fur as immensely as you can. The M-shift will naturally grow stronger when you are doing this, when get dizzy and loose thinking a little, this is normal and if any spots are/get sore, encourage them, but when you picture your body, don’t “look at them” as such, like have all your attention focused on them, just Acknowledge that that’s there. Feel the wolf, and you should get that weird but nice feeling. But remember when you try this STAY STILL. I didn’t really do that that well when I tried the first couple of times, I would scratch an itch every half hour, that will stop the shift (well, it does for me anyway), now, well lately, after my first shift, I stay still. It gets you there.
Like blaze, my first shift was a full body shift, and I blacked out but I knew because my room was a mess, and my bin (luckily paper, since I had gone through it, yuck!) was split all over my room… I had a massive as job to clean up my room.
Now here is the As-If-I-were-you version (but please know I means you, since we all call ourselves I):
I lay down, and relax my breath… ten seconds in, ten seconds out. I focus on my human body, and search for any tightness and stress…. Releasing those, I relax. I think “you are sinking into cement; you’re body, head, legs, arms, are all heavy… (This relaxes you like hell!) Then I go into meditation: I try not to think, my mind is black… I may see thoughts. I Acknowledge them, know their there, and let them go. I am nothing, just my breath…I walk into a house/forest (I prefer forest), I walk through it, noticing the things I like. I pick my favorite room/spot I like, if it’s a room; theirs a chair. It can be any chair you want. Go sit in it, and relax. If it is a forest, your favorite spot can have a rock covered in moss or pine needles (for me, its gum leaves, and the smell of eucalyptus) covering the ground, making a soft bed. Lay down, and too, relax… (You can do that If I was a human before too, if you want) You are no longer a human, you are a wolf. Feel the fur, claws…etc. If anything starts to hurt, notice them, and encourage them. But don’t look at them. When I feel the pain, instead of looking for witch part on that human body it is, my back paw is hurting, my muzzle is throbbing etc… I start to get dizzy, I can only think of one thing at a time, but that is what I am thinking now, there are no back round thoughts… My body starts to move on its own, and I get that great soft pins and needle-ish feeling, it goes through my whole body… I open my eyes… My (insert color here) eyes.
I hope I can help lost of P-shifters-to-be out there to shift, and I wish everyone who tries my way the best of luck! And everyone else s way as well, but I found that I read heaps and constantly modified my shift method, so I didn’t shift due to the fact that the way I shifted modified/changed every time. My body couldn’t take it. So when I settled down and stuck to 1 shift method, I shifted. It was a full body shift, but I blacked out. I knew in the morning because I was sore all over and I had extremely heightened senses. If that happened to you, don’t talk yourself out of saying that you did it, because you would have. At the moment I am attempting to shift into a dingo since they are native they are easier to shift into for me (so far I’ve been getting results quicker than what I try as a wolf) I mean, yeah I want to be a wolf more, but this is to get me started and better. A Dingo is basically a wild dog, and my m-shift is that of a wolf. I think it is easier to shift into the were animal that is native to your aria, But I intend to go back to wolf after I have sort of mastered the dingo. Wolfs are bigger, and more wild and un-tamable creatures than the dingo.
To complete and set in motion the permanent figure called the “M-shift” there are two steps:
-The Soft M-shift
-The Mental Shift
You must do a series of different mental exercises to undergo both M-shifts. Don’t just do one, do them all, every single day. Also, another tip is to read a great book called “Spirit of the Wild Dog”. It covers everything you need to know. And for everyone else, I am sorry I don’t know other books for you. If you do, please post them. Lions, big cats, bears, you name it.
The Soft M-shift:
Write down any worries that are on your mind, from the smallest shadows to the biggest horrors. Don’t be afraid that facing them will make you listen or give up/stop believing. They will not. They will only make you stronger. (You can also write down questions you’re not sure about, but not entirely clueless either) and then answer them rationally with real answer and feelings that are inside you. These answers will strengthen your belief as you know them to be true. A good example of this is:
“What if my parents find out? What will they do?”
“The worst that can happen is they send me to therapy.”
At all times of the day imagine that your body is that of a wolf. Feel the fur ripple, limbs move, ears twitch, tail wag, etc… Start off with a Tail, Fur, and Ears at the top of your head (make sure you get your coloring and patterns right). And slowly, as you master each, extend it to your whole body until it is you, not your human form.
Write 10-20 or more lines of “I am Wolf” (or other) 1 time a day at least. Also, as an extra, you can right down feelings about the day and how you feel like yourself and “my tail is beautiful”, etc.. Write down any of the stuff that is bottles out inside that you have to get out. It can even be “I made a friend today. She is a wolf as well and is teaching me to P-shift better” This method works very well as it talks to your subconscious But, an important thing to remember it that your brain can’t register negatives. If you think Don’t Fall you’re going to fall. So think Stay standing or even it is easier to stand than fall over. A few good mental phrases for this are things like:
I am wolf
It is easy to let go of my humanity
My humanity is less than %10
I am (your wolf name goes here. So, as an ex. Mine would be Leah)
Imagine yourself through the eyes of your wolf (You). This is a recreational time, just being you. Hunt a deer, go swimming, play with your pack, etc.. Just make sure you feel everything, the grass under your paws, the wind in your fur, the taste of meat, everything. This gets better with practice.
This is the affirmation again, but different. In the beginning of each day, sit or lay down in a calm, quiet relaxed and peaceful aria. Outside or indoors, this can be anywhere. Shut your eyes and meditate over you. Feel your fur, ears, tail, paws, due claw, eyes, everything. Feel the joints. The patterns, an d know how good it feels. Hold onto this every day, as it is your affirmation (the first one) and makes it much easier.
Walk on four legs and when you’re not doing that walk on your tipsy toes until it becomes a habit that you don’t need to think about, something you do from the second you wake up till the hour you lay down and dream. Make your you howl at ANY emotion you want. Weak, strong, anything at all. Pour yourself into your howls * (see end) and tell the world how you feel. This is your song, this is You. Growl when you’re angry (or anything other), yelp when in pain or shocked, and lift things (preferably non electronic) with your mouth. Chase things on site, let that urge out, and, if you’re alone, buy yourself a dog bowl to eat from (This is not meant to say that you’re a dog, nor wolf, but it tells you that you are not human). Say to yourself, no not even, know that you are the wolf, because you are.
Little things like these are what you need to do 24/7. A little less around public, but because we spend most of our lives based around the public you must.
Don’t listen to the words in music. Listen to the rhythm, the beat. Listen to how the chords make you feel. Once you block out the words automatically, then you listen to it as a whole. Not the words and their meaning, but the sound they make when pronounced how they blend in with it all. A good way to do this is by listening to Instrumental and foreign music. Also, try to constantly have a natural sounds (sometimes nature + music) CD playing around you, to make you feel like you’re in your habitat.
Once you’ve completed the soft M-shift, this gets a little hard to explain. You do actually know you’re the wolf. You feel like screaming it out to the world, howling infinitely, and when you walk on two feet, you look down at the ground and think “that’s where I should be, down there, not up here” (as in four feet, not based on hell/heaven)
Ok, now that you fully know that you are a wolf, it’s time to think like one:
This section is under way as I am still working on it myself
I tried to howl around my dogs (I have five lovely dogs, four Beagles and one English Foxhound) because I felt lonely, and I put all my sorrow and longing into those whimpers, whiny, and wavering howls, and all but one (Rosy) came and lied next to me, sniffing, nudging, licking, and wining themselves. Body language all the way!!!
Many people get tired and fall asleep during either Meditating, M-shift Meditation 1 and 2, and Affirmation M-shift. A way to prevent this is to ether go to bed about an hour before you think you'll get tired, and if that doesn't help, you can eat food. This will keep your body busy wile you try to shift, but it is a natural instinct for a wolf to sleep after eating so this does not work with me. As a last resort I meditate while in a relaxed sitting position. But make sure you don't let you back slouch, but don't hold it up ether. Find a place it can sit and relax with a strait posture.
So, just to help you if you wanted some more shifting info, here is all the info I have collected and written on shifting:
First off, I would like you to know that I have only fully shifted around two times, but I have done some in between things. I, and I have discussed the same thing with another member, like to think the mantra "I'm a wolf" now and then while P-Shifting. You have to be fully relaxed. Some of the pack members says being in water helps. Don't tense up. Imagine your self shifting, and really feel all the details. M-Shift before you P-Shift. It doesn't take just one night, practice and belief make perfect. If you feel you are upon a shift, DON'T QUIT. On one of my very first nights of practicing, I actually got really far! But I was thinking 'Oh, I can do it tomorrow! Heck, I have my whole life!" because the feeling really is shocking, and quit frightening. Since then, it has been very, very hard to get back to that state and I regret not continuing. If you get to a black, empty, float-y feeling, and your numb-ish, that's good. You might feel your thoughts slipping away and feeling very distant. It's a scary feeling. Urge that feeling. That is your humanity leaving. And I do recommend to urge any sensations, numbness, and even, pain. One way to know your on the right track is if you feel sore or start to twitch a lot. Those are beginning results. Also, if you feel this prickly "layer" between the sheets, bed, whatever your laying on, your getting the results of fur, which is very good. Really, I am hoping for the handbook soon from Blaze. He has pages of information, all the information we'll ever need to complete a shift, he says. But whenever we ask, he disappears, I guess. I hope he sends it out soon. You have to believe 12536647567567% and more. If you don't, you won't. Basically all the methods on the other sites are good, but I will try to help you out.
You'll have to have a good sense of visualization and mental concentration. Remember, don't get distracted, concentrate, believe, yes, it is to good- but it is true. Just keep M-Shifting, and get into that mindset before you attempt a shift. It will help. Be fully relaxed in a calm, dark place. Become relaxed. Once you are all comfy, don't move. Freeze. Become numb. Concentrate on your wolf self and the feel of it. Imagine your body clay, and you mold yourself into a wolf. Feel the pain. Encourage any pain, twitches, numbness, or sensations. Even dizziness. You might feel sudden snaps in some places of your body where bones are; your spine, neck, legs. Imagine, feel, a throbbing ball of energy in your chest that spreads through your whole body, transforming yourself into a wolf. Draw and write every detail of your wolf self, too. On one of my first tries I got here, and I freaked. I was scared and excited times ten. I thought, well, I have my whole life to do that again and I'll just think it over for now. So I was so happy I almost shifted, but then it took me forever to get back there. So if you get somewhere, don't procrastinate, don't panic, don't back out. Do it. Keep going. It will all work out and the results will change your life.
Vital notes: On the front paws, there is four toes. Then there is sorta a thumb, then a dew claw. On the back paws, there is only four toes. We have five fingers; poof goes your pinkie toe. Feel fur immensely. become Inspired. Don't give up. Believe, Believe, Believe, Believe, Believe,Believe,Believe.
As I say, dear moon, belief is key.
To M-Shift, imagine you are a wolf. Don't look AT the wolf, look THROUGH
the wolf, like you are the wolf looking through the eyes of it. Because, technically, you were, have, and will always have been this wolf, it is you. So imagine doing things as the wolf. Feel as if you are running on four legs, on the toes. Most animals walk on tiptoe, especially feline, canine, and equine creatures. See in duller color, and basically in green, red, and other basic tones. Or you don't have too- when I started to M-Shift I made it in full color. Smell and see better. Hunt, find others, run, sleep, do whatever. In my M-Shift I had a place where I went, and it just appeared. Like I didn't at all think about what it looked like, it just came at ease. Same with another thing- Once, in a field of tall yellow grass, I spied this odd looking creature- sorta saber tooth tiger-ish. I didn't make it up- it just appeared. I frightened me, but I believe in spirit guides and such, so one day I approached it in my M-Shift, and asked it for help in P-Shifting. I connected the way one would connect with another to speak telepathically...But no help so far, but I got some more realistic results on my P-Shifts. I found it actually, after my first shift, so it might've helped with the second.
So as you can see, M-Shifting opens a whole new world. Once while laying next to my sister (who does not know anything about werewolves or my wolf experiences), and I was M-Shifting. In the M-Shift I was snapping at a butterfly (embarrassingly enough) and I started to unconsciously started to growl. In the M-Shift on purpose, but it also showed through to my physical self.
p-Shifting is when you attempt to transform into a wolf. You imagine yourself turning, etc.
Another little thing to remember is (this is true though) P-Shift stands for Physical/Physically Shifting, and M-Shifting stands for Mental/Mentally Shifting. I'm not sure about Native American heritage influencing the werewolf-ness or not, but I do have Cherokee and a large bit of Black Foot (I look nothing like it) and others of the pack have Native American in them too.
5. The shift is very shocking, frightening, wonderful, a pain that is not very painful, just sort of "stretchy" (only on first time, and then it decreases- well, on my first time it was medium-like, and then on my second (my most recent shift) it had decreased. I haven't felt that much pain in half shifts or such, just sore later on.
It's sorta numbing, and you feel like you yourself are floating as a tiny cell within your whole body, swimming in blackness. Then there's this sort of high rush, and your thoughts start to slip and become distant and mutilated (seriously- as I concentrate on my wolf self in this state the picture starts to stretch, become bigger, etc, it's freaky.) You'll feel clicks and snaps in your bones, and you feel this rush of different things- smells, feelings, etc- and then the shift completes, your bones snap into place, you feel the layer of fur, you think differently, you sense differently, your body is shaped different. When I first shifted it was probably 3 in the morning, so I had to really hold my self back. It is so happy. So wonderful- it feels like you've accomplished all in life you need to be happy. I really wanted to try myself out, but I had to wait till I could be alone during the day. Yes, I was quit colorblind, but I could see, smell, hear, etc exceptionally well. It was so extraordinary, and hard to explain, see. By time it was probably 5:30 Am I curled up, thinking human thoughts (reluctantly) and fell asleep thinking them. In the morning,poof, I was a girl again. I was so happy.
On my second time, I was able to go outside. Mmm, amazing! After (embarrassingly) 4 tries, I was finally able to catch a rabbit. It tasted so good! It really is a high, being a wolf. I can't wait to succeed it again. =)
Here is ALL the info I have collected. I have emailed to many people asking for help, and I decided to go and put it all together. If you have comments on any of this, fine, just please don't make them savage. I'm fine with constructive criticism, but no cussing or attacking verbally or whatever please. If you don't believe in P-Shifting then don't even consider commenting, please. This is for the members that are genuinely serious. Enjoy!
This is gathered from different sites and guides and i tried to pull only the most important things so you don't have to search for other guides i hope it helps!
First part: Learning about your animal and other stuff
As far as i know you can shift into any mammal animal(except dolphins ) . In regular reversible shape-shifting which this guide is about there are some laws . First just to say those werewolves in movies are false, when you shape-shift you are a normal wolf actually there is that law about conservation of matter and energy however in long term shift that law somehow disappear. Now lets get back at the topic … you have to learn about your animal , learn about it habitat behavior etc. . When you finish that, you need to learn how to m-shift.
M-shifting or Mental shifting is shifting your human mind into a wolf’s or whatever animal you are (i refer to myself a wolf! ). Tom-shift you have to use all that you learned about your animal behavior and behave like it yourself. Here are a few examples for wolves: when you are angry you growl bark , when there is nobody around walk on all fours , when you are outside alone at night howl specially at full moon J , when you want to cover yourself with blanket use your teeth to do it , etc . just act like animal . Tom-shift you need from one month to two or even higher it depends on what were you before, how strong is your desire to become a were(your animal) .. Telling yourself that you are a animal and not a human constantly helps a lot. Note -M-shift is usually permanent so after you do this there is no going back. Note - After you M-shift it isn’t certain that you will be able P-shift(Explained in the next paragraph) Now you need to learn how to flare your m-shift that’s when your animal mind takes most of the control. Meditate , think about your animal all the time . Beware your behavior will in time change and after a while you won’t be the same person when that happens you have successfully m-shifted.
P-shift or physical shift is when you actually transform into your were(animal) . Now to explain how this shift is going to work . First there is that law i mentioned above (conservation of matter and energy), all that your new body is going to have must come from your old one ,you need to expand energy to shift. Note - what size you are in human form that size you are in wolf form or i must say again that difficult sentence conservation of matter and energy :’( .Second thing is that you are going to shift bones etc, so you are going to be loud make sure no one is in your house or that you are in some soundproof room.OK now lets get back to the actual shifting J. So by now you finished m-shifting and now you are laying in your bed and want to p-shift, this is what you must do . First relax yourself because when you hit the barrier (explained later on) your body will move by itself , here’s a tip how to relax, when you lay on your bed(recommended) or wherever you are, do this, say and do the following to yourself : 50 breath in , 50 breath out ; 49 breath in, 49 breath out etc. . Now when you are relaxed make sure that there is no noise around you, make sure that there is minimal noise because if you lose your concentration your shifting will stop. Next you need to flare your m-shift ,just deny that you are a human and let go of your human feelings and let your animal mind take control. Now to start p-shift you need to do any of the following: imagine yourself as your were(animal) very vividly and try to keep that in your mind as long as you can , imagine your were(animal) spirit entering your body and changing it , try imagining yourself in human form while denying being human then imagine that your body is made of clay and it reforms into your animal form. Now when you hit the barrier try not to lose your focuser you will break the shift process and nothing will happen , your body will move on itself , your muscles are going to realign , your bones are going to realign and break they will move in certain pattern that allows you to stay alive during this process and after that you will become that fur animal J (wolf) or whatever animal you wanted to become .
Most important thing that you need to know: to shift you need from one week to month on perfect conditions but lets face the facts nobody is perfect , one night you will say oh I'm too tired , on next night you will say i can do it tomorrow its not like its going to run away (lol) , well it's going to run away if you keep doing that , then after that you will face something that most of us been trough you will start to question our existence and your faith in shape-shifting will be put to the test that’s where you must be strong that’s where many unfortunately quit! If you pass this you will believe in yourself and into shape-shifting like never before but you will still need time to complete shift!
Note! – it is possible that your m-shift faded(rare) so all you need to do is to start m-shift again but it will be much faster and easier than when you first tried it ! Note - don’t expect to shift on the first try , you will have to practice alot ! Note - first time you will probably black out before you shift or if you lucky maybe after the shift but don’t worry you are expanding your energy it had to happen . Note - when you shift first time you can only stay in your wolf form a few hours usually maximum 2 if you pass this you will stay wolf probably forever this is called point of no return or PNR , you will probably break the shift by falling asleep.
Some other things
Here are some other stuff i think i need to mention. If you are asking yourself what is that long term shift that allows you to become a very large animal J well i don’t know much about it , all i know is that it is easier that regular reversible shift , that you don’t need to m-shift before you become a wolf and that once you shift you can’t take your human form anymore :’( . The guy that knows something about this type of shift is the guy that we owe everything it used to be a alpha male of the Razgriz pack named Blaze. He isn’t with us anymore so long term shift is going to be a mystery for us for a while :’( .
Next there are two types of were animals , first are naturals the one’s that shifted without any practice in them is a highly concentrated were blood at least that’s my opinion , and the others are the one’s that achieved it trough practice.
Adster's Guide to Shifting:
Ok, I'm not going to go into those huge speeches and pages full of information. I'm just going to give you a little info on shifting that will help a lot. I did this and have gotten major results in record time. I have only been practicing for three weeks and i can already change my eye color, grow fur on my arms and hands, and have gotten to the barrier. And Ive only M-shifted a couple of times! Here's a quick and easy to understand guide to getting good results FAST!
ADSTER'S GUIDE TO SHIFTING
The main thing that will get you to shift fast is believing with all your heart and constantly thinking of it. You have to have a passion, and be determined. Instead of saying "I'm going to be a werewolf" or "I'm practicing becoming a werewolf" say "I am a werewolf" often. Instead of seeing in the eyes of a person see in the eyes of a wolf. Imaginary you are one, not becoming one. This takes belief, but is possible with much determination.
* * *
When you want to shift don't go sitting for hours practicing your shift. And don't stress over it. Here are a few tips for shifting:
1: Just lie down with arms and legs spread out wide.
2: take a couple of deep breaths and imagine you are heavy (it calms you down a lot)
3: Imagine a duplicate of yourself. Then watch it transform into a wolf. Then give it a ball of power. Ask it its name. It might not respond the first time. this is normal.
4: now that you have done that image you are a wolf running free. Do things a wolf would.
5: Imagine each body part shifting. morphing. changing. Then imagine the whole body.
6: be free. be a wolf. imagine the wolf. imagine the change.
7: Soon you will feel change. Don't panic. Be calm.
8: Now your done. Do this as often as possible but don't spend TOO much time on it. You will get stressed over it.
P-shifting is usually ALOT harder than m-shifting, and takes ALOT of practice.But cannot be done without first M-shifting
Sit or Lye down in a comfortable position. Let the silence take hold of your mind. Breath in and out slowly, If you start to get aches and Tingles, this is good. Focus on the parts of your body that have the most about of numbness or tingles. You may also feel a bit of pain, or hear bones cracking and moving out of place. Keep going. Don't freak, just go with it. Think of the way you look in human form. The way the bones are in place and how you move. Compare that with your wolf form. Note how the bone structure is and the muscles as it moves. Think of the bones moving inside of you. Get a mental Image of fur sprouting from every limb. Your skull squishing and teeth becoming sharper. Ears move further to the top of your head and become longer. Hands and feet, becoming paws. You have to think "I am the wolf! I am, I am!" Completely forget your even Human. You are a wolf in your mind. Then you are a wolf, In body.
Remember that Physically shifting your body can take as long as six months, to two years. It is a long, continuous practice that should be done once a day, at least an hour each.
But it can also can be reversed. To do this, Simply fall asleep, or set a timer to go off so that way you'll remember "Iv gotta go back!!". Trust me you DON'T want to be a permanent wolf. Also known as PNR.
(Editor's Note: At the bottom of the method she says "way less painful" this is not true, as P-shifting is not "painful". Yes, It strains your muscles, but it is not a pain. Do not let is scare you)
To p-shift- lay down and close your eyes. Relax and only think of your animals form. the entire structure of him/her. Then you should start to feel numb. After you feel numb you need to start the shift somehow(pain).
So for the first shift i recommend partially shifting each body part . And i don't mean fully shift your leg and foot. i mean just somewhat shift each part. ok so it starts in your bottom right leg, bottom left leg, both thighs and tail , chest and back including your shoulders then head.SO before you start your head the rest of your body should look somewhat shifted. Then you fully shift your head and your body follows.
Now here's how i trigger the pain in the right leg- i start with the lower leg muscle and flex it kinda and it shoots up . then i just focus on my wolf. And for
the chest you just stretch it to your head then your head automatically starts.
Now the entire time your gonna have to keep your eyes closed and think of your animals form
Things you'll need is- time, focus/concentration, high pain tolerance, and an isolated area such as your room at night time with the door locked.
how to endure the pain- for each part your shifting you need to put all you energy in that part before the pain starts. this will increase the endorphins in the part your shifting hence the less pain.
so after you move the pain around your body a few times you should be almost fully shifted. Then you think of a strong emotion and force your body to finish the shift. the first shift might take around 2 hrs . This method is the less pain full way but longest.
I always start meditating first then when I start shifting I lock the door and concentrate on one body part at a time. Make sure that before you try to [P-shift] do it [Meditation] a hour before your bedtime at least because the closer you are to your bedtime the more likely you are gonna blackout since you are tired
I remember that I were confused about M-Shifting in the start..
Shall I act like a wolf, and get wolf behaviors?
Shall I meditate, and be a wolf in my head?
Here's the answer!:
Good. With that introduction, I'll starts explaining what I see as the best way to M-Shift. As said, you should both get wolf behaviors AND meditate.
It's simple... Go search about wolves. Really, SEARCH! Find out what wolves behaviors are.. How do they act?
And then simply start doing these things yourself.
Some good things to start off with:
Growl if you're irritated or mad.
Walk on your toes sometimes(maybe even four legs).
Yawn with your tongue out of your mouth.
Pull your bed blanket over your head with your teeth....
And I could go on.
Here's a good website with wolf-behaviors!
So, that's the first part.
Here's the meditation-part.
You're doing both at the same time of course. Acting like a wolf when you can, meditating when you can.
I call this "Meditation-M-Shift".
Simply, get relaxed, close your eyes, "open" your eyes inside your head as a wolf. Then run around and do wolf things!
Remember, you're not some bird looking at the wolf.. Nor a squirrel...
You are the wolf!
You feel everything it feels.
The snow under your paws...
The fresh cold air...
Your muscles moving under your skin as you run...
Now, when you've done this for a while, your mind will slowly change. You might not notice, but it will.
A good way to be sure you've actually M-Shifted, is to look back at your life BEFORE you started M-Shifting. If you see yourself as a complete different person, then congrats. You've M-Shifted.
You can also get a few seconds sometimes, where you become a COMPLETE wolf mental.
I've tried it, I was having dinner when I suddenly thought in a different way. VERY DIFFERENT WAY! This isn't bad, don't worry if it happens xD
It was kinda cool lol
So yeah, that's all. Hope this helps!
Kalis 20's Method:
if you have read Blaze's shifting method in the RTA you would know what I'm talking about. i looked for a post like this when i first joined but could not find one, so i might as well start one. if you have anything to add to this, as in methods to help with it or make it go faster, please reply.
please keep in mind as i write this i am going through it. still.
the methods i use at this time are as follows:
1) use your thumb as little as possible. the thinking behind this one is wolves, and any animal really, don't have thumbs, so don't use them.
2) use your teeth. when you need to pull something up, move something, whenever an animal would use their mouth, use yours.
3) lots of body language. a fun one that does kinda help (and makes you feel better) when your mad at someone, don't cuss, flip them the fuck off. body gesture and its a fun one
4) yawn with tongue out.
5) BE the wolf. as in, always tell your self you are a wolf/tiger/etc. the theory here is the placebo effect. mind over matter
6) when you're mad, bear your teeth. growling helps alot 2.
7) when sad howl. when happy howl. howl howl howl. let your emotions fuel your howls. your howls ARE your emotions, your music. and if you write music, like me, you would know that emotions make songs what they are. ever listen to the blues?
FAITH!!!!!! never give up hope, don't believe you are a wolf. KNOW with all of your being you are a wolf.
I know a lot of you have been having trouble M-shifting or "Mental" Shifting. For those of you who are, you've come to the right place.
I have been M-shifting for as long as I can remember and its helped me to get to a p-shift. Now if you want to M-shift, here's some ways I do it and it helps
A word of advice, it helps to have a big imagination.
Go to a place in your area that's as wooded and nature filled as possible and hang out there for a little bit, regardless of weather, go there and just imagine yourself as your wolf. Run through trees, pant, chase small animals and birds, whatever, just get yourself into that state of mind where you feel like you ARE the wolf, imagine yourself running on all fours and get in the habit of standing on your tipsy toes. This is a great way to shift.
Another thing that helps me is I observe dogs. Dogs are as closely related to wolves as domestic animals get. So why not copy their movements and actions? If your dog yawns (they usually yawn with their tongues wide out) yawn like that, your dog barks or is alerted to sounds, do that. Act with your dog, heck walk on all fours like it! It may looks silly but it'll all work out in the long run (and I bet your pooch will like the idea of its master acting like it ) I do this with my dog and it really helps me get into shift
This way is not so much moving around, but it is deep concentration. Before school each day I hide in a bathroom stall(because its quiet in the mornings) and just imagine myself AS the wolf, I close my eyes and picture my arms and hands as paws and forelegs, I picture a long snout in front of me and having a tail, that way if your at school, work, etc you'll still have your shift and it'll increase your chances of getting your physical shift faster.
That's all I can think of right now, but if I think of more I will update this. Hope this helps you guys!
I follow a rather simple concept that is rather hard to understand. By my views, the body can be completely controlled by the mind, both of which can be completely controlled by will. Keeping this concept in mind, along with the fact that the mind's possibilities are endless, leads to the prospect that anything can be done. This is but one of the explanations as to why nothing is impossible.
I follow this concept thoroughly, often thinking much deeper than what has already been explained. This allows me a certain higher level of control over my mind than most people have. I am literally able to change my mind however I want. By every definition I have read, this includes mental shifts. In believing this to be true, and practicing it, I am able to essentially think like, behave like, and even believe that I am, any animal.
Of course, it gets more complicated than that. I'm not saying that you can automatically m-shift if you believe this, or anything else. Believing is a key, probably essential, factor, but that's not all there is to it. You have to have the will to do this. You have to have desire. You have to have courage. You have to have perseverance. You also must understand what you are doing. This is not something to play around with; not some toy that you found and can use for yourself. In doing this, you have a new, very important responsibility to uphold. You're not being forced to do this, but it is the duty you assigned yourself when you accepted this. Remember, with great power, comes great responsibility.
The way I m-shift is complicated, yet simple. It takes a while to understand, but is first nature once you get it. The way I view it, as I control my mind, I can change it how and when I want. So far, I have primarily used this to control my emotions when they get too chaotic, but I have also slightly changed my mindset a few times and have changed my thinking patterns entirely to match those of a non-human a few times. There have also been a few occasions where I literally made myself believe I was a wolf. Overall, I can make these changes almost instantly, but I have not reached the point at which they become involuntary.
Ph-shifting can either be more or less complicated than overall m-shifting, depending on how you look at it. In my eyes, ph-shifting is more complicated. It deals with the physical body to an extent. Ph-shifting for me follows the philosophy that the mind can control the body. As such, the mind can most certainly control the senses. I kept this in mind, and it took a while, but I am now able to control all of my first five senses. I have done this so much that it often happens without me consciously trying to do it. I often feel phantom tails, phantom wings, and phantom quills. There have also been many occasions where I have felt other phantom body parts.
Now...one thing to be very careful of is getting to deep in the mental shift. Changing your mind too much for too long. Personally, I only do it for a very short time and I make sure I don't do it so much that I am unable to revert to my previous state. If you really want to, you can go past the limit (if you have one), but I recommend making sure you've become an expert at this method and making sure you're ready first.
Hey guys, I actually did some work and figured some more out for m-shifting... enjoy! Some of this is a bit of guess work, but about 99.9% I've actually done - just in case you were wondering. Also, I know that some of the people on this site like to get ahead of themselves, but please be careful... I don't know how safe or unsafe this is, so tread carefully.
I left off on the fourth stage - when there is heightened instincts and you become more instinctual. You also become a ton more aware of your surroundings... like you don't even have to think in order to react to the people around you. It happens naturally. What happens is instead of noticing who walked through the door, you begin to wonder when that person is going to walk through the door, and what each person is going to do next. This is also when the colors begin to dwindle and you get the basic reds, greens, and other short light wave lengths. I think this is the stage where you begin to be able to communicate with your wolf.
After this stage you move on to "stage 5" where things really depend on who you are as a person and who you are as a wolf. You might begin to think less of yourself and more of the people, animals, and plants around you - not of how much a threat they are, but you'll recognize their part in things. You might begin to go into sort of a survival mode where you forget the less important things like that homework that is due in an hour or the child sitting 3 feet away from you, and you get into checking your physical and possibly mental health.
Stage 6 is of course is the actual shift (I mean, there isn't much room between the last stage and this one for normal human behavior, so your wolf begins to take over.) I think this is the stage that you would get to if you were experiencing an M-shift spin off - as Blaze puts it. I only think that an actual spin off would only happen if you refused to shift though.. Anyway, as a person enters this 'stage' of an M-shift and let their wolf take over, they would have numb/painful/cold/hot (there's many different things that could happen) places on their body. As long as they don't lose concentration, they should be able to push those feelings no matter how uncomfortable they are until they cover the whole of their body... (Some people may just have to keep m-shifting and let it take its course naturally and slowly... especially the first 3-4+ times when they are inexperienced). After a while they would hit the barrier, get through it, and p-shift.
~~~I'll give a method of P-shift later because I know that that is very vague~~~
After the actual p-shift there are more levels that you can go with the m-shift... well at least I think there are. I haven't gotten far enough to tell you about it though. And yes, I STILL am accepting any questions or discussion. Haha thanks guys!
Shortwolf's M-shift Guide:
Well, I've been giving this information to a bunch of individual people and I decided I might as well post it for the entire pack to see... So, enjoy! Note: I originally posted it in Ice Fang's forums... and then changed it for PM's, and now I'm posting it as a forum again... but I'm sure you can all figure it out.
The first and my favorite type of M-shift is to shift your mind over while your body is still fully human. You can preform this type of M-shift while doing anything anywhere because all it is is thinking/acting like a wolf (there are restrictions. read below...)
The first stage is to react to things like a wolf would. Like when someone walks in the room sit/stand higher or lower considering who it is. Like if its someone you really don't like or trust, sit higher. Also, when someone makes you mad, physically growl. Consider your body language and pay close attention to it. Do things like that. The second stage is when you begin to stop thinking with words, and start thinking with emotions/colors/sounds, whatever. So, if you get angry, don't rant in your head, instead just recognize the anger and let it run through your mind and body like loud red lava so that you can feel the energy you get from it and the energy that you give to it. Happiness for me is generally yellow warm and the sounds that go through my mind will change depending on different things. Sadness is blue and cold, it is silent. Then there are mixed emotions that I can "see". Its very interesting. The third stage when you hit the heightened senses. Pay close attention to what you hear (outside of your head this time), what you see from the corners of your eyes, what you smell, what you feel (as in like temperature and such things like that). I also find that I have extra feelings too - like when there's other things in the room - people, animals - I can like feel them there, and the emotion that they are feeling. The fourth stage, is heightened instincts. Like i know that we all have heightened instincts to begin with, but these instincts aren't wrong or guesswork at all, and it is basically impossible to ignore them. I don't have much more information on this stage yet... The fifth stage, I'm guessing, is the stage that you reach when you p-shift. I have never made it very far into the fourth stage, so I can't tell you much about this one. This is just a guess...
In order to stop the beginning stages of this m-shift you simply do what you did before in a reverse sort of way. For stage one, you just go back to acting like a human. For stage two you first start thinking with words again, then start acting like a human... Of course, for the higher stage that you reach, the harder it is to get back to the human way of thinking. If you find that you can't get back for some reason or another you do exactly what you do to get out of a p-shift. Go to sleep. I must warn you though, like Blaze has said, once you begin m-shifting, your mind will never be the same again. And another warning is that depending on how well your brain is functioning at that time (which can depend on sleep, food, water, etc...), and how much practice you've had, while in the higher stages you may or may not be able to function around humans so just keep that in mind.
The second type of M-shift that I know about is the 'meditation' type shift.
With this shift, you basically sit down somewhere and imagine that you are shifting. The difference between imagining it and actually m-shifting this way is that you can actually feel yourself shifting physically with this one. The things is, you can feel a shift, but your physical body doesn't actually change. Its all in your mind, thus making it an m-shift. This is a very effective way to practice p-shifting before you p-shift. The trick to this is to make sure that you don't relax. In order to actually p-shift (and I got this information from pretty much every forum that tells you have to p-shift) you have to relax. If you don't relax, then you just form an m-shift. To get out of this m-shift you pretty much just pull yourself out - a lot like waking up from a very intense dream.
The third type of M-shifting is what I notice that most people do.
This type also takes place in your mind. This is the type of m-shift that involves you imagining yourself as a wolf where you look THROUGH the wolves eyes and go to your territory in your head. I haven't done much experimenting with this type of a shift because I've been working on the top one, so if you want details on it you can ask Icy from Razgriz, or I think someone on Recolitus has posted about it a bit.
AND ANOTHER THING:
M-shifting is, of course, mental shifting. So, your goal is to think like a wolf. It makes p-shifting a lot easier and protects from PNR, so I think that everyone should practice it. Prior to popular belief, you don't actually need to get away from people to practice M-shifting... well, you do if you want to reach a high level, but that doesn't mean that you can't practice lower levels to make higher levels easier to obtain.... Anyway, here's a bit that I know about m-shifting.
First off, I found that it helps (with any level of m-shifting), to think without words. Start thinking with emotions and use things like colors and sounds to provide the right thoughts in your head. Its kind of hard to explain, but it is a fairly simple concept to understand.
Secondly, it helps to react to what people do the way a wolf would. Like if someone attempts to mess with you by stealing something from you, growl at them. If someone takes a grab at your food, snap at them. Be respectful, and trustworthy... and so on and so fourth. This will most likely take some research on the behavior of your animal.
Thirdly, I know that things are crazy at Razgriz, but Blaze, as well as some others, did post some nice information on m-shifting, so it would probably be in your best interest to seek that out if you haven't already and you want to improve your m-shift. That and be sure to read what has been posted on this site on the topic.
Last, as we all know, practice makes perfect. As we all also know, m-shifting can be practiced on a day to day basis, anytime, anywhere
I have recently noticed that everyone who has M-Shifted or knows about M-Shifting has posted a topic on it
I figured that I better contribute my method.
DISCLAIMER: I know that this method may not work for everyone, I also know that some may disagree with my method if you are one of those people this is meant to be a topic to help members who haven shifted yet, for their sake please keep your opinions and petty disagreements to yourself
I start out by meditation, it focuses you and slows your mind
for those unfamiliar with the process i suppose i better say something
start by relaxing every muscle in your body, then breath deeply, stop thinking
its pretty much impossible to stop thinking all together so just count, fast at first but then count only to the rhythms of your breaths don't let any words cross your mind and if they do start over counting quickly at first then slow it down
after you have gotten to 100 without thinking human thoughts (only the numbers)
through your minds eye take yourself some where else a forest or a jungle build a world around you hear the birds, feel the ground beneath your paws, smell the damp earth, look through you wolf eyes (or tiger or lion or whatever) start exploring slowly at first just wander around smelling things and listening.
Don't let any human words or thoughts enter your mind. do whatever comes to mind find others explore go hunting eat drink sleep anything a wolf would do in the wild.
after a couple strong m-shifts you will start to feel like you belong, right before i started p-shifting i had gotten to the point where my m-shifts where my sanctuary i knew that i was the wolf and that the wolf was me i became what i had always wanted to be. in my m-shifts it was like i was complete like i had found a part of myself that i never knew i was missing.
it is at this point that you can start p-shifting. in your m-shift go to where you feel most comfortable under your favorite tree or on a rock in the sun. curl up in a ball or lay over on your side any comfortable position that reminds you of your wolf self do this both in your m-shift and in your physical form then imagine yourself changing feel your teeth paws tail ears fur
become a wolf
Evolution of Duo Forma:
In my theory, we could be those other homo-things. That is one option, and a scary one at that as they are doing all sorts of revealing tests on found specimen, like carbon dating and so forth. They even have a gene/DNA test going on that shows that some things, such (I don't know if it applies to these two species but it's been discovered) as a Parrot and a Budgey might be totally unrelated, one might belong to some sort of amphibian where as the other was a reptile, and they both evolved evolutionarily, to look the same as it was very successful. It is for this reason that they are currently re-drawing the Tree of Life. It goes along with another theory that, if there was another planet out in space with the same conditions as Earth, and the same age, we would have things that look just like the life here because it is successful, and so the unsuccessful ones would die off. Now, with that covered, we are ether Homo-something that has a higher forehead or something (the only physical sign I read about in Cosmos) or, we could be some other Species/race entirely. It is also possible that this is how evolution reacted to so much hunting and poaching of our creatures that they adapted, like a chameleon, in a way, to look like them. Or, we were always some different race that hunted in both forms because it was successful. Either way, we adapted to look like them due to some unknown reason, because how could they out compete us? But, whatever it was, we have now adapted to look like Homo-sapiens. And, because of that, our purer-blood has, in my opinion, been lost through in-breeding. If we look like them, what stops us from falling in love and having children? it is then, in my reasoning, true that everyone is a Duo Forma, and everyone is Homo-Sapien, because we have inbreeds so much over millennium, the real pure blood has been lost. But, when we pas Blaze's named stage called Bestia Orsa, Animal Awakening, our ABF goes up. This is probably our body naturally raising the level so that we are capable to shift. I reason that people who find out earlier in life that they are a Duo Forma have a higher concentration of this "chemical" in our blood, whereas people who take longer and are at an older stage of their life to find out, have had to wait a while for those chemical levels to rise. I know this is a rough and brutal outlining of our race and evolution, but I really do not know that much. It is a bunch of theory's, but I guess, a theory closer is a step closer to the truth. Because, we are quite a fascinating thing for nature to have evolved. I will try to modify this theory and add much more to this page as ideas come up.
The Brain and Shifting by Phantom Wolf
Well, now I will explore the anatomy and functions of the most astounding of all the bodies internal or external organs, The Brain.
As most well people know the brain is the center of the nervous system in our bodies or indeed in all living creatures body. Nothing could survive without some sort of brain in any shape or form. The Brain controls everything we do as well as containing our personallities. The Brain is most definitely the center of everything in our own respective universes. But most of us already knew that so know onto the main point of my forum.
The Brain and shifting. The brain once again plays the most important part in shifting. Wether its developing our m-shift within the brain or using your imagination to help well actually control the p-shifting. Speaking as a size comparison of brains the Blue Whales brain remains the largest at well over 500 kilograms but the humans brain is the largest in proportionality to the size of the body. Humans though we have such large brains use only 10% of the brain a truly amazing fact when you think of everything you do and think about fits 10%. what is the other 90% there for then? if the theory of evolution is correct in that all animals evolve to only what is needed for survival why wouldnt it do away with that troublesome 90% of extra weight to lug around in our heads? My theory is that most weres here say you are born a were. Some extra particle of DNA you were given allows you to shapeshift or shift under the full moon or whatever you believe. Maybe this DNA unlocks a part of that 90% unused brain and enables us to shift? thats what i think. Maybe all people can shapeshift but just cant unlock that 90% because their dna doesnt allow them. In that way maybe we are sole examples of an advanced race of humans that can shift and the rest of humanity is waiting for evolution to unlock it for them. Now by advanced i do not mean superior There is a DIFFERENCE between advanced and superior. advanced as in have more or different abilities than theirs does not mean we are better then them who knows evolution has sometimes made creatures weaker look at the wooly mammoth and sabre tooth tiger. For all i know we could be the inferior ones and they could be superior. But anyway what im trying to say is our brains have a capability unlike theres were i think we have unlocked part of that 90% say 4% more of it who knows what powers the rest of it holds.
Main argument against shifting and brains slash organs. How can you shift into a wolf with considerably smaller internal organs? well if we shift into a wolf the same size as our human form then we would have plenty of room for the organs. Argument: I suppose that works for all the other organs but what of the brain which is considerably larger proportionatly then a wolfs? Well Like i said 90% is unused so it could condense down into a smaller version or maybe our heads would be slighty larger unfortunatly im not sure about it but i know we can shift so if anyone reading this forum has any ideas about this problem please answer below.
I am Christian and am simply presenting scientific facts I personally have never had problems with science and Christianity colliding to me they are two equallt true explainations of the universe so please dont be offended by what it holds.
An explanation of spirits:
I just discovered the other day (in cosmos lol) i forgot what their called, but N something, and they were discovered by the Quantum Physics theory during some sort of nuclear power test/discovery mission seeing as they co-relate to each other.
Any way, these atoms exist, but they don't react with us. they go right through us. everything we can touch, feel, smell, see, the pass right through. There could be a "parallel Universe" (so to speak), a whole world, civilization, animals, plants, everything, and we wouldn't know. Billions or trillions of these things pass through us every second, and you can feel about 1 every.. well, a number very close to infinity. Anyway, the ones we feel are super charged. Its the hairs raising at the back of your neck, the bug that just crawled up your leg, you scratch it, to find there was nothing there. Thats them. They have testers to see that these things exist, and they do. Whenever one runs into this big machine contraction, well, basically they have a reaction and a massive lighting bolt shoots out, and is gone in about 0.001 or a second. Also, this N something (dammnit, I remembered it earlier) Relates to something called Dark Matter, and Dark something else (its called dark because, like the N atom, you cannot see or interact with it). Because, by the laws of gravity, the solar system wouldn't be held together or something like that. either way, somehow our solar system defy's the current laws of gravity, or our theory's of gravity and Quantum Physics are wrong. This is highly unlikely, seeing as the theory of the N's proved true.
Everyone has a sixth sense:
Ok, now, people actually (again, cosmos ;P) did do a proper scientific test of this. They gave people a list of about 100 words and told them to remember them all. They then asked them to write them down and get it right. Now, being scientists and doing sneaky things behind the "Guinea pig's" backs, they changed the list. The people, having forgotten half the words anyway, were asked to write down their guesses of the words they thought were on the list. Now, this of coarse, was a play on words. They meant the new list, but they could have interpreted this as the list they had to memorize last week, besides, according to them, what other list?. This, speaking to the subconscious or something, trigged some part of their mind/brain, and they guessed what the words would be. The average was they got around 60% of the words right by guessing alone, and 15% memory. this is the overall score, and they tested hundreds of people. Somehow, we can tell the future just a little bit, without even realizing it. How the hell to these last to toppics co-relate with us being Duo Forma? I have no idea, but its cool and, well, if these things are possible so are we.
